Reservation Policy

Due to the involvement with another third party contractor in Outworld operation; including: 

- catering

- freelancers river guide, and 

- lorry rental 

All reservations and booking are subject to this terms and conditions.

1.All products sold are not refundable

2. Any postponement to a new date, customers must inform the operator (Outworld) 14 days prior the booking  date. All bookings are confirmed once reservation been made.

3. Any postponement or cancellation less then 8-14days, customers need to pay the penalty fees of RM300.00 for each rafting package.

4. Any cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the reservations date, NO REFUNDABLE POLICIES IS APPLIED.

5. Refundable is only APPLIED WHEN; THE OPERATOR CANCELLED THE TRIP due to certain circumstances.

6.Late arrival -- Our operation side will inform in advance to all guest to plan your jour especially n 3 days holiday and school holiday. If the guest arrive late and pass the activity session, we will bring the activity on next day with charge rm150 per set.

How to make reservation

1. Consult with our friendly consultant. They happy to assist you for new adventure.

2. Pick a product suggested by consultant once you happy with all answer from our consultant.

3. Check availability on calendar tab

4. Once confirmed proceed to check out.

5. Step 3, Note to seller, please put your family number, age,date or any other add on such as meal, cave or waterfall
